Terms & Conditions

Enrollment & Participation:

All students must complete registration forms before participating in classes. Students are expected to follow instructor guidance, school rules, and demonstrate respect toward staff and fellow students to help maintain a safe, positive learning environment.

Health & Safety:

Martial arts training is a physical activity. By enrolling, participants (or parents/guardians) confirm the student is physically able to participate and agree to inform the studio of any medical conditions or limitations. Participation is at your own risk.

Class Structure & Scheduling:

Class schedules, instructors, and locations may change as needed. Missed classes can be made up at any of our studios throughout the week and can be moved as needed.

Fees & Payments:

Tuition and fees are due as outlined in your enrollment agreement. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply for testing, uniforms, equipment, or special events.

Conduct & Discipline:

The studio reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund, to protect the learning environment.

Media Release:

Photos or videos may be taken during classes or events for instructional or promotional purposes. Media will only be used with appropriate consent (you will sign off at your first class to whether or not we may use your photos) and never sold to third parties.

Liability Waiver:

Valentin Karate Studios, its owners, instructors, and staff are not responsible for injuries sustained during training, events, or on studio premises, except where required by law.

Policy Changes:

The studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated when appropriate.
